Grande™ Cheese
Grande™ is THE brand when it comes to pizza. Located in Wisconsin, they use proprietary methods to make a whole-milk mozzarella that melts better, browns evenly, and maintains that perfect consistency coming out of the oven, cooling, and even reheating. We proudly use Grande™ for all our pies.
Variety adds excitement
While Grande™ mozzarella is the base for all our pies, we use other cheeses for specific uses, and to add variety and flavor. You can choose from our blended mozzarella, cheddar, grated romano, shredded parmesan, and feta.
