Add something delicious to your meal... all of these are great with our pizzas and salads

Cheese Scarpa is a Nicolitalia original. "Scarpa" is Italian for shoe or slipper.  We make a bowl (or a "shoe") out of our pizza dough, fill it with cheese, and bake it until you have a hot roll with a balloon of melty, gooey cheese on top.  MMMMMM!

Can't get enough of our crust?  We use the same dough to make breadsticks, garlic knots, and pizza bites.  Top them with parmesan cheese and herbs, or butter garlic (or both!)

Marinated and baked in our kitchen to create tender, moist chicken.  We add the sauce of your choice after they are cooked... so you can have it just how you want it.

We also offer a variety of other appetizers, including breaded ravioli, mozzarella sticks, chicken fingers, and meatballs.
