Instructions For Pizza Stone
By Adalid Bruno posted July 20, 2015
Put the shelf on the lowest rack so that the stone will sit closest to its heat source.
Pre-heat oven to 500 degrees.
Roll out dough using hand or rolling pin. If you spread the crust 12” it will be a deep dish and if you spread the crust 16” it will be like a thin crust.
Ladle sauce onto pizza dough spreading away from middle while leaving a border on the edge.
Put cheese onto pizza covering the sauce.
Now put your own toppings to give your pizza its own flair.
Cook on the stone 8-12 minutes depending on your oven. It is important to use your judgement to get a golden brown crust on the top and bottom.
Cut when it comes out of the oven. It will be easier to cut when it first comes out of the oven.
